Facing foreclosure? Come to this event to meet face-to-face with housing counselors and loan servicers from Bank of America and Chase.
Here's what to do:
First, if you hold a mortgage with these banks, call the Urban League at 1-800-368-1455 to schedule your appointment on Aug. 5.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Meet with a HUD-certified housing counselor.
1 to 8 p.m.: Participate in a 1-hour appointment with a loan servicer.
Walk-in appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Childcare will be provided by a licensed provider.
Spanish-speaking counselors and loan servicers will be available.
BBQ/lunch served from 12 to 2 p.m.
